NCR Forms

The NCR Forms are No Carbon required forms and the term came from "National Cash Register Company". The technology behind the carbonless paper printing is simple. For example, in the standard 2-part carbonless form, the back of the top page is coated with micro-encapsulated dye. The front of the bottom page is coated in reactive clay. When pressure is applied to the top page the micro-capsules of dye break, releasing the dye which then reacts with the clay, creating a permanent mark.

NCR Form Printing

NCR Forms are printed with 1 color (Black Ink) on one or both sides. 2, 3 or 4-Part Carbonless Forms are available with or without numbering. The numbering comes in 2 different colors to choose from: Black or Red. There are two sizes to choose from (5.5X8.5 and 8.5X11). We print 2-part, 3-part and 4-part forms on 20# paper with a turnaround time of 5 days

Note: Turnaround time begins from the time of proof approval.
